Butt and Gut challenge
The Butt and Gut challenge is guided by our fitness trainer Linda Ericson who will instruct you in how to really blast calories while giving your booty a noticeable lift. The circuits can be modified to suit any level and you don’t even have to step foot outside the door to engage in the workouts. The time invested is up to you as well – do just a 15 minute circuit or the whole workout to really get that sweat going.
