Training has been my life for a very long time. I have worked in the fitness industry in the UK for over 10 years and competed in sport for over 20 years. Over that time I have studied many aspects of health and fitness such as training systems, nutrition, exercise psychology and hold a university degree in BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise science. Over the years I have helped hundreds of people change their body shape and gain confidence by introducing moderate discipline into their lives. I treat all my clients in a truly personal way. You all have different body shapes, genetic predisposition and very different lifestyles. I aim to pass on my education so that you have the skills to maintain lifelong results. My approach to training involves combining strength, fitness, mobility and exercise psychology. I specialise in improved body shape through fat loss and muscle tone/development and improving performance whether that be for a sporting event, or simply so you are able to enjoy a physically active life. It truly is wonderful to feel "body confident" and to be able to enjoy outdoor activity with loved ones without worry. I am here to motivate and advise you so you are able to get the change you want.
